Consumer Information for Cosmetology Course

The Objective of this course is to prepare the student for the State Board
Examinations and for salon work by providing a minimum of 1,500 clock
hours of classroom demonstrations and clinical practice in order to develop
in the student the personal qualities essential to achieving success in the
cosmetology field. 

The cosmetology course is designed to prepare students for the types
of occupations listed below but does not promise that its graduates
have obtained these positions or that any future graduates will obtain
these positions.

Consumer Information for Aesthetics Course

The Objective of this course is to prepare the student for the
State Board Examinations and for salon work as a skin care
specialist, product demonstrator, makeup artist, etc., by
providing a minimum of 750 clock hours of classroom
demonstrations and clinical practice in order to develop
in the student the personal qualities essential to achieving
success in the skin care field. 

The Aesthetics course is designed to prepare students
for the types of occupations listed below but does
not promise that its graduates have obtained these
positions or that any future graduates will obtain these positions.

Consumer Information for Teacher Training Course

Students wishing to enter in this course must have a valid Tennessee Cosmetology License.  The knowledge and skills covered in the course will prepare the student for work as an instructor, school manager, school owner, product demonstrator, and etc. 

The Teacher Training course is designed to prepare students for the types of occupations listed below but does not promise that its graduates have obtained these positions or that any future graduates will obtain these positions.
